rush advice(specifically fraternity)

How do you get in the loop? How to get in on events and stuff this summer and fall for rush? Don't want to miss a fun opportunity or worse yet get left behind.

Depending on where you're from, it helps to know people. Only about half of the fraternities really make an effort during formal recruitment. The best houses try to fill up their pledge classes over the summer.
