how old is too old to join a frat?

by: Grandpa

I transferred to TCU after I got out of the military, so I’m a little older (26). I love being a horned frog, but it feels like something is missing. I’m thinking about rushing but I don’t know if I’d even be considered because of my age. Thoughts?

In California LOADS of people join sororities and fraternities when they are older. It's no big deal out there. Here its' not as common, but since you were in the military, it should be okay. We have a lot of respect for the military here. Give it a try!

get to know people in your classes, etc. & I think you'd find a place. Being in the military is seriously cool & respectable.

There are several older veterans who rushed this year and are currently in the freshman pledge class of their respective fraternities. I would highly recommend you rush, there is bound to be a fraternity that will be a fit for you
