The exclusive is because all the girls are picked by alumni before recruitment even starts. Most known to dirty rush, and its a real thing! Their pledge class is predetermined before recruitment even starts so if the old alum don't like you, you don't have a chance. Not picked based on personality and fit but by their resumes and GPA. Where's the sisterhood love???

The reason Chi Omega is exclusive is because all the girls are picked by alumni before recruitment even starts. A real mix of girls because they are not picked based on personality and fit but by their resumes and GPA. Somehow this doesn't seem like a sorority based on sisterhood but on resumes.

People who comment on dirty rushing in Chi O or that they're exclusive clearly aren't Chi O's. They have a special way of doing things that breeds tradition, excellence, and classiness in everything they do. They're the top because they hold their members to high standards, not because they sleep their way to the top. They raise the most money out of any sorority in the nation. They have the top grades. What else would you want?

Mix of rich girls. Met some really nice ones but lots of fake ones that are mean for no reason. Think they are much higher than they actually are.
