Honestly, Zeta used to be top, but not anymore. Their recent PCs have been basic and everyone I know in the sorority hates it... so many girls dropped this year lol

Not accurate at all. Don't start bashing the top houses just to try to manipulate rankings before rush. The PCs can easily figure out who the top houses are once they start rushing.

They are invited to a lot of events and are popular among frats, but it seems to be based upon their past reputation of being hot and fun. The new Zetas are exclusive, snotty, and average looking (apart from a select few hot girls). They used to be top tier, but are falling down the ladder fast.
