Solid frat definitely a top on campus. They're definitely not the best on grades or campus involvement but the girls love them and they typically throw the best parties. These are the C students who the A students will work for. They know about networks, come from strong family background, and are for the most part gentlemen.

Look, they're a top house here in the sense that they are a southern fraternity they have real pledheship and have fun parties. With that being said they mainly hang with SAE kappas and trio delts, and do not care about hanging with other people so sororities such as gammma phi are gonna bash them. Grades aren't the priority and neither is campus involvement and that doesn't effect how good they are. They're a good house and they know what the want and don't care what others think. There u go.

I've been a student here for a while and I deadass do not know a single phi delt. Some friends tell me they got bids from them because they give everyone bids. Apparently they used to be top years ago but have gone WAY downhill. Now they're barely known on campus and I forget that they're even a fraternity because I have yet to meet one of their members.
