personally i see kappa, tridelt, alpha phi, dg and theta all as the best houses with order just depending on personal preferences. obviously some houses are hotter or chiller than others but every house has their pros and cons, just depends on what matters the most to you

of the top houses kappa, tridelt and thetas new pc's are the closest. dg and alpha phi's are completely falling apart, guess thats what happends when you completely filter out the "hottest" girls at a school and give bids to random girls. they have nothing in common and thats just a downfall for the future
