I rushed in the spring as a soph....

Dont set you sights on the top (ZBT, DKE, SAE, Sigma Chi,) they only want freshmen in the spring. Try lower tier and you might get lucky..

Thats really not true at all..cause all those "top houses" have had sophomores in their pc.

Sig Chi has a junior pledging right now. Don't suicide at one house though as a sophomore.

sophomores are welcomed at most houses, and most houses take a select few sophomores, possibly even juinors in the fall, but they will be less inclined to take sophomores than a freshman of the same caliber per se. The answer is rush as you normally would, and if youve rushed before, its probably better not to go back where youve been rejected
