Not at all. I decided to rush november my freshman year, I had never thought about rushing in my entire life-it had never occurred to me. No one in my family rushed and none of my friends rushed - I went through the process completely alone. I also did not know any girls in sororities. I got into a top house and I've had a really great experience (I'm a junior now) Just be yourself, and please do not act like youre better than any of the houses, top tier or not. It is the absolute WORST look. Best of luck <3
