ARE JUST AGD AND DPHIE DOING COB? also when is panhel going to post about it?

Panelists not obligated to post about COB. Dphie and AGD are the only two doing open cob afaik. The other houses had minimal spots which were filled. I know my house had like 4 and they were filled immediately with girls we knew

Keep an eye out in the fall, sometimes other houses do COB to bump up their numbers before formal recruitment.
