halloweekend

i’m a freshman girl and i’m so confused about halloweekend. i’ve heard that it happens this weekend and the weekend after parents weekend and i’ve also heard that it’s just the first weekend in november so like what’s the deal??? also where do freshman normally go for halloween like is it even worth dressing up if you don’t have a place to go??
