Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 2.8 They prove that the are "tiers" and that those don't change. Theta Chi has the parties, the house, and the ability to be a great house, but for some reason seems to make horrible social decisions and their socials don't have a good rep. They could benefit from establishing some sort of overall identity shift and stop banking on their house like Fiji...who they are essentially an older version of...which might be more sad.
