This is the top houses of top houses. They are straight dawgs. I've never seen such dope ass kids. If you multiply their equity with how electric they are you get dank. That is unbelievable. They only party with top house Alpha Gamma Delta and Delta Phi Epsilon. One word savages...

These guys have a great brotherhood and I can tell just by hanging out with them. They have fun parties and their spring PC is a really good group of guys. They clearly self ranked on here but this house is changing quickly.

Kids are so average you can't tell if they are even in a frat. They are really nice and sweet but dont know how to talk to girls because they care more about being polite and smart. Also these kids are try hards on this website and probably self rate hard trying to get to the top of this website that isnt even accurate at all Also house is too nice = lame parties

They're such sweet guys!! Not grimey at all lol always have a good time there. They are all v good friends and I love it. By far one of the smartest, sweetest houses on campus. Catch u a phi delt boiii

I bought this game expecting it to come with the bonus disc but was very disappointed when i opened the box. not only were the bonus features missing, but the actual game disc itself was scratched and when I tried to play it, the audio was all messed up. tried to return it but got no response from the seller. worst purchase ever.
