They are definitely regarded as best house on campus but I think they are a bit overrated. They have an amazing castle but some guys are better than others. Some can be jerks while some are respectful

Theta Chi is probably less talked about than the other houses but has some of the most fun and down to earth guys. My friends and I have been to most of the houses for parties but sometimes they have been so snobby. We always feel comfortable at Theta Chi and the guys are friendly and know how to have a good time. We will go back anytime they have a party or can hang out.
