but the only reason they are ranked the second best is because of their reputation that has been built up, not because of what the house actually consists of. if it didn't have the name tri delt and you just were going by the girls in it, it would be middle tier

i mean it's kind of obvious that theta chi is rating them down. phi psi is an average house, could be getting better or worse. i haven't been there this spring yet so who knows...
