upper middle:- gphi, DG, AXO
middle= chi-o, axid, KD, tri-delta, aopi
bottom= phi mu, adpi
AXO is not very top and tri delta is behind KD

I agree on this for all around ranking. Many of the others are accurate though if you are ranking based on partying alone.

Forget this upper middle lower middle stuff, that gets too complicated because all good houses have different strengths & weaknesses. No one on campus is gunna be like "who do we have a party with tonight" and reply with "oh darn they're lower middle". Also keep in mind that all houses have duds and diamonds.

lol you guys are all stupid if you think kappa is top. those girls are slightly above average in looks, sloppy at parties and not book smart, plus so mean to each other = horrible sisterhood
top is more theta, axo, gphi, aphi - theta is probably the most well rounded, but the other three are good at atleast 3 of 4 things (looks, social, smarts, sisterhood) and that's what makes a top house

Gonna have to disagree with you, kappas are pretty top tier. Coming from a dude my opinion pulls more weight lol. G phi is not top tier. Their looks are slightly below average in my opinion. They may be smart but that's about it.
