Theta is still a top tier house, no doubt about it. They just aren’t your cup of tea. If you want a chapter that has sterotypical beautiful girls, who party often, but are still fairly involved on campus and are smart- Theta is your chapter. There are often some negative things that come out about them, but some of these rumors may just be due to hate, this chapter has it all, so others might be jealous but also they can be mean so...
