Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.0 Theta Xi is probably one of the most improved houses on campus. They are still by no means a top or even middle tier house but they are growing significantly and are certainly improving.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.8 Small party house but guys are super nice, never had an issue with them. I especially like how well they handle DDs and having sober people at the parties. Amazing brotherhood as well!

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.8 I guess Theta Xi reformed last year and that must be why there are bad votes in the past. They are on the up and up no doubt and have really nice guys. Don't bag on a house if you don't know them. Duh they are smaller, if you knew them they do it for a reason because they like knowing everybody.
