This house is definitely losing its top tier status. PC of 13 was not even close to as good looking as previous years. Their standards board is extremely strict which sounds awful. (EX: making their girls unfavorite a UNLconfessions tweet about them) Basically trying too hard to keep that fake "classy" vibe. Overall not nice women - think the Mean Girls of high school.

There must be a lot of self rank going on here hahaha. If you're looking for a fun house, this isn't it. This house parties with bottom/middle tier frats and is only concerned with grades and involvement. If that's what you're looking for - rush gphi.

This house looks awesome during rush but is super deceiving - the girls do not get along and most kappas are friends with girls outside of their house. They try way too hard to "not care." Even their current rush chair posted something like "you should rush kappa bc we have no rules" in all reality, we're in college and have to care about academics and other matters. Holding onto their middle tier status by a thread as the attractive ones are about to graduate.
