Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 1.8 Don't understand why this is top tier, except for the fact that Penn's greek life values are all skewed. Theta is best known for looks and scene, but I personally don't think many of the girls are objectively that good looking and the scene isn't that fun. You barely hear about Theta's philanthropy (is rock the casa even successful?), and they are really uninvolved in other parts of campus life. I've met some nice, pretty and involved girls but they tend to be the exception and not the rule.
