Alpha Chi Rho - ΑΧΡ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 1.9 Good house location. They host a lot of late nights and basically let anyone in, so it can be kind of a mixed bag but the parties are usually decent. I think most of the guys are okay, but there’s a couple of brothers who ruin it for the rest of the bunch (creepy, too persistent, etc.). I think they know their rep though and definitely work to push all the creeps out. Not known for being particularly social or desirable, but average overall.

There were definitely some weird guys last year but they seem to have fixed the issue. Seems to be building a lot of interest from freshman but we'll see how it turns out.
