TEP is a niche frat at this point. Do not have the mass appeal that they used to or the mass appeal of the other frats on their level. You either love them or they are pretty much irrelevant to you. That being said, they throw a pretty decent open party (especially band parties), and have some pretty fun closed events as well. They mix with decent sororities, but their mixers are never that great.

Not sure why they're ranked so low. they have a great pledge class and parties are good. Definitely upper to upper-middle
