Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 1.0 This is a warning to freshman girls. Skulls was kicked off campus loooong ago and still throw parties first semester fall to lure naive freshmen girls to their houses and prey on them. Unsafe environment. They don’t mix with any sororities so they rely totally on the freshmen. It’s super creepy. The butt of a lot of frat jokes. Avoid their house at all cost even when they throw an invitation under your door in the quad or invite you on Facebook.
