Kappa Delta Rho - ΚΔΡ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, Erie - PSUE 2.5 Don't get me wrong, they aren't bad guys. They are sweet, but barely a fraternity, I think they have like 4 members coming back. Wish them the best but their glory days are behind them :(
