"what would even be the point of removing SigEp's charter? The fraternity immediately kicked out the member and never tried to defend the kid's actions. IMO, kicking off a house as big and involved as theirs because of one person would do more harm than good."

Just going to throw it out there that SAE was suspended for a year and dry for this year and the next for from what I hear a kid basically drinking to much. It would look really bad if IFC did that to them but nothing to sig ep.

IFC doesn't deal with these issues. It would be an OFSL issue. Contact OFSL, otherwise they'll continue doing nothing.
