Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 1.8 Everyone in my group looked at each other like what the heck was that all about as soon as we walked out. AGD and Theta were unanimously the worst houses among all of us we didn't even have to say it. Nice girls but the conversations were so forced, during open house I had a girl make me lead the conversation like you've been trained for weeks to do this. Just painful. Philanthropy was funny because you could see all the other houses had short lines since they cut everyone who they weren't interested in and then there was AGD with a mix of so many girls because they literally call everyone back.

Awkward conversations all around and have issues maintaining numbers. That’s the truth and everyone knows it, though they pay to get accurate comments removed from this board.

Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 3.4 AGD is not popular on this campus since a lot of the members are not stereotypical sorority girls. They are under the radar and a lot of people dismiss them but I've met a lot of cool, chill AGDs. They're not as preppy and most don't have thousands of instagram followers, but they have a lot of fun and seem less cliquey than other sorority girls. If you rank based on stuff like ambition and campus involvement and not just based on looks and the fraternities they pair with, I think AGD would rank a lot higher.

Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 3.6 Alpha Gamma Delta is a great sorority for girls who did not previously consider being part of Greek life. They may not be a top tier sorority, but they welcome girls with open arms and create many opportunities for girls to make new ties both within AGD and within other chapters. All the girls I've met seem very smart and driven, and seem to really care about their sorority and fellow sisters.

Want to be a part of Greek life, but don't necessarily fit the mold of a typical "sorority girl"? This may be your home away from home. I would describe these girls as chill, nonconformist, intellectual types. Many brainy, artsy, free-spirited girls, who seem to genuinely love their sisterhood. Taylor Swift's "You belong with me" makes me think of this house; but their theme song would have to be something much more hipster.
