Top Fraternity on campus by far, great brotherhood from what I’ve seen, nicest guys out of any frat. Also great tailgates and parties with good music.

Meet couples guys from here, they’re are nice and super welcoming. They have two house which are the only frat here that have that. Definitely a longer walk compare to Pike or SAE but worth it. Definitely the number one frat here better than Pike and SAE

Can’t tell whose is worst Pike or SAE both have super bad reputation here. Both are next to each other so no surprise that they both have bad reputation. Literally known for spiking drink

These guys are complete jerks. I have been to multiple parties at theta and it is pretty much a bunch of weird guys doing the frat flick for like 3 hours that are not respectful at all. At least 15 guys walked past my friend that was sick and did nothing. So weird.
