A lot of great pledges this year, but there is good with the bad. Kind of a mixed bag--you'll find a lot of different personalities in the house which I think is a good thing. Solid upper-middle tier house.

No argument that this house is considered "top tier", althogh I have no idea why. The girls are pretentious, snobby, rude, cliquey, and boring. I guess if you're still stuck in high school and want to gossip and hook up with a bunch of guys- this is the sorority for you. Personally, I'd rather hang out with a less superficial group of girls.

Just a bunch of cool guys who know how to have fun. What I like about this chapter is the fact that they are always there for you even if you're not a member of the fraternity.

Theses guy are the best of both worlds: smart and attractive. The guys who join this house specially rush triangle and not any other house. These post below may have been true 3 years ago, but they have really turned their image around and rage when they are not studying. Theses are the guys you want to take home to meet your parents.

I know some cool guys in delt, but there are also some weird ones. I compare them to the guys who wanted to be popular in high school, but werent so they all got together in college in a frat to look cool. they also drink... a lot. like trying to rage on a tuesday night. not cool.
