Phi Sig at Minnesota has a beautiful, gothic timbered building. You'll notice the impossibly steep roof - hard to miss when walking down University Ave., compared to all the boxey, same-old fraternities. It's kinda Ivy League. Phi Sig is located right next to the new dorm on 18th Ave, w/a massive parking lot in back. The brothers have an excellent GPA, strong community and leadership programs, extensive networking with alumni for jobs, all built on solid brotherhood and primo social events.

I would 100% say Kappa is the top house on campus. Although they lack in getting involved on campus, it seems like they are making an effort. Every girl is so welcoming and nice. We had practice house tours with them and couldn't find a girl who wasn't happy to be amongst her sister and wasn't friendly. I say they are the top house because they have so much love for each other which is truly what sisterhood and a sorority is all about.

These men have continued to impress me over the past year. It only took one social and conversation with the wonderful guys to keep me visiting again. Knowing how to work hard and play hard is natural for these gentlemen. It's true that they haven't had a huge presence on campus, but they getting well known. Take a chance on the Sammies, they didn't disappoint me, and they're sure not to disappoint you.

Some are great girls who are involved and fun. Others are rude and think way too highly of themselves. Definitely a mix of different types of girls. Overall, a great sisterhood.

I visited the U from Iowa State in the fall and got along with every single kappa I met! They are very down to earth and not to mention incredibly beautiful. Whatever your doing keep it up. So much love for Minnesota kappas.

I always think of alpha phi as the well rounded house. There's no question that the girls are beautiful but they also do a great job of balancing social stuff with academics. Basically all of the girls I know have really good internships or jobs and a lot of them volunteer regularly. While I don't think it's fair to call them stuck up, they definitely could try and get to know other sororities on campus better and they could branch out in terms of frats.
