Great group of guys, top tier house for multiple years now. If only these guys show a bit more class and adhere to more involvement and meeting other houses instead of staying at their own house I don't think anybody could top them. Keep up the great work boys. Awesome parties, great dudes.

As someone entering his senior year in the greek community, I can say the Sammy house has tremendously changed. Going from a small unknown house on campus to a growing house within the greek community. Not quite up there yet, still have some improvements to make. But awesome parties, girls seem to always compliment them, seem to have a strong brotherhood, definitely watch for these guys the next few years. If there was an award for biggest change within the last 4 years, i'd give it to them.

The self rank is strong with this one. Quite a few goobers in the house but there are some good guys. They have a lot of work left to do if they want to be a top house and stay that way. Overall, I'd say they're on par with the other big houses like SAE and SigEp in terms of popularity, with SigChi edging them out by a bit. I always hear girls are going over to PIKE or Sigma Chi most weekends.

Definitely should be considered bottom tier, disgusting group of individuals who would rather sit on their thumbs in their living room or porch than treat others with respect. Absolutely vile house. Throw mediocre parties. I have no problems with these guys i'm just calling it how i see it. Definitely have some improvements to make. Step it up you're making the rest of us look bad.
