The Phi Psi's at Minnesota are a truly great group of guys who love to have fun. As a girl, I definitely love hanging out at the house, and all of the guys are super welcoming and nice. Definitely a top house.

Not the top party house in the sense of animal house ragers but Beta is the top house in nearly every other catergory I could think of.
