The last 3 years or so have changed the Theta's, that is undeniable. They have become a better chapter as a whole, albeit still have much much to work on. Small handful of girls who are respectable women, others are bratty for who knows what reason. They're on the upswing (slowly but surely) so it'll be interesting to see if they can change their PR over the next year or two.
