These girls will recruit a variety of girls even if they do not quite fit in because they are still trying to build up their sorority. Everyone in the chapter is very very nice but aren't really lookers. I know some of the sweetest girls in Chi O but I also know some very mean girls. I think they need to establish what they want their house to stand for.

Girls are known for being snobby, and from my experience, they are. They're pretty and they know it, thats all they have going for them. When I rushed with them they didn't ask me a single thing about myself, only talking about themselves. Although they are considered a middle tier house, I think that its based purely on looks. Hopfully the new member class can help their rep.

Despite giving a bid to every girl these girls are really sweet. They should really try to be more selective to make their house more of a middle tier home. There are a lot of weird girls in the house, but all are super nice.

They're hot but they know it. Very snobby and not the type of girl thats any fun to be around unless drunk.

This years and last years new member class have really made DG tank. Their classiness has gone way done, and all the members want to talk about is themselves. Watch who you recruit, a few members can ruin your whole rep.

They seem to be going up from the last three years. It is so hard to say though because anyone and everyone can get a bid from them, and it look ridiculous when they call 60 girls back on philo day and add an extra party. They do have a decent chance of coming back since the new members can make theta whatever they want it.

They are a bottom tier house that thinks they can compete with SigChi PIKE and SigEp and it's actually pathetic
