Not the top party house in the sense of animal house ragers but Beta is the top house in nearly every other category I could think of.

Delta Chi is improving right now but still are not a top 3 house. Most of the A phis, Pi Phis, Kappas, and DG's (top sororities in my opinion) would rather chill with Pike, Sig Chi, or Sig Ep. Lots of cool guys in D Chi though so there is a great brotherhood and this fraternity just had a large pledge class so they are certainly growing at a good rate compared to others. The only thing lacking is the girls right now.

Just your basic fraternity. They aren't really that special in any way. Throw a lot of decent parties, hang out with AOPi a lot, which is cool. All of them are cool dudes. Their pledge class is big, which is good. But they still don't have the clout to be APhi's, Kappa's, or DG's top choice to go on a Friday night...
