The biggest self raters on this website, and they don't think it's obvious. Beta has great alumni, a great house, and great grades but they aren't even a top 10 house. It's because of the people in the house.

Genuine, smart, fun girls! Apparently holding Raising money for our annual GIRLS Academy at the Kappa Klassic. the highest GPA amongst non-academic sororities at the U, very involved on campus acedemically and socially. Will hangout with any frat or sorority from what I see. 10/10 would marry

I've had a very good interaction with Beta this past semester. They are on the rise socially and are well on the way to becoming a top house. The new pledge class is amazing. This frat just needs to have more parties.

DChi is a very solid house, they are upper middle tier and throw fun parties.
