I don't know where you guys are located. I've never seen a member. I dont even know what your nickname is. Not sure how you guys are even ranked up this high. ATO DKE ADP DTD BETA SAMMY PHI PSI and SNU are all better than you, you really shouldn't be ranked this high. Hell. I would put farmhouse above you. At least you know when you're playing farmhouse in intramurals.

This new member class is getting really involved, and I see more thetas on campus than I have in the past. May not be top tier, it's slowly climbing and getting a better image. From what I can tell, all of the women are super proud to be thetas so their sisterhood must be pretty strong.

Fun pledge class, smart and can party too! This sorority is active on campus with Panhellenic leaders. Always nice from what I've seen.

Lower to mid tier is the word you use to describe Phi Psi. Consistent, no motion up or down. Can always expect them to grab the low to mid tier pledges and throw mid to low tier parties.

This house kinda blows tbh. They have a small pledge class and they are all kinda weird. Also their house is kinda dirty. Not a big fan of this "frat"

I am not kidding when I say these guys suck. Little to no campus involvement, poor brotherhood and strange parties. They think it's "tight" to play Wagon Wheel all night long while sipping on Smirnoff Ice. Stay away from these people if you ever plan on losing your virginity.
