The bottom of the bottom. Nice girls, but hard to talk to as the ones I have met are pretty awkward. I'm not one to judge a whole chapter based on first impressions, but I have met quite a few girls in this house and it's just forced interaction with awkward conversations. But nice people

For sure top tier no question, but it's no secret they recruited bad last year. Not saying it's bad in my opinion, but last year rush put a phi above them. They're typically known for being be pretty & rich girls, but now they're more of a mix. I wish I could say their sisterhood is good, because they are nice girls, but there's internal drama I hear about all the time, which every house has, but when older members are crying that the new pledges aren't "what kappa used to be"...thats sad

Pretty solid middle tier. Nice group of girls, a hodge podge of different types of people in here, mostly those who didn't want to go bottom tier and preffed axo and a bottom tier house. From an outsiders perspective, their sisterhood seems great and they are very social and kind.
