snu is definitely rising, all though they aren't totally top tier yet. with SAE being practically irrelevant this year, they're probably top 4 behind pike sig ep and sig chi.

nobody likes sig ep except for all of the pretty girls they hang out with. it’s weird that they are that popular though because literally everyone else on campus hates them.
