Love to see that the better fraternities get the worst rankings. hahahahah more haters = better house. People from other houses on campus trying to make their own more relevant. If you visit this house during rush you'll see why these guys are much better than others on campus. Plus they have a ton of money, they actually own their own house which gives them a ton of flexibility. Strong alumni too, easy to get a job after graduating.

Every time I go here I feel super welcomed by all the guys! Not super close with anyone in Theta Chi but the ones I do know are very friendly and eager to have a good time :)
