Rank adjustment for being so classless! Fell from top 5 years ago. Just because anyone can join your frat and go to your parties does not make you a top house. Maybe if you start being more selective on who can join and who can attend your parties things will change.

I thought this was supposed to be a top house to party at. Couldn't have been more disappointed. After reading the other posts it sounds like it has gone down hill the last couple of recruitment classes. Better options are Phi Psi or even Fiji

I and dozens of others just attended a Cure Cancer fundraiser at the house. Have also attended great parties here. Nice to have a house that is successful with community philanthropy and can have popular parties. Guys are good looking and no worries of being groped at Phi Psi
