Went here the other weekend and was pleasantly surprised by how great the party was. The music was great and the guys seemed super nice very down to earth. Will definitely be coming back to Delt soon!

pi phi’s are actually the worst, they are super rude and entitled. i haven’t met one that i liked. also there’s so much drama, everyone hates each other. probably the worst retention rates on campus.

The laughing stock of Greek life at the U of M. Will literally invite dudes off the street to their "parties". Strange house with some creepy guys. Stay away.
