by:

I'll be attending in fall 2014. I don't want to join a frat thats all about partying but has a good time and is full of great guys. Don't want a huge frat but one that will help me meet new people and good brotherhood. Don't want douchey people but good guys. Which frats should i be looking into?

Fiji is probably not what you're looking for, as its the third biggest house on campus

First off, call them fraternities, not frats.
I am in a large house, I have about 80 guys in my house. I wouldn't rule out large houses, it all depends on how the house itself is run on how good the brotherhood is. Average house size is about 60-90 guys. Houses I would look into would be:
Small:
Theta Chi
Theta Delta Chi (Thumpers)
Sigma Chi? (Their new house is gonna kill it for recruitment, but their members right now aren't really that great)
Medium:
Beta Theta Pi
TKE
Phi Psi
Delta Upsilon
Kappa Sigma
Large:
FIJI
Phi Delta Theta
Sigma Alpha Epsilon
Pi Kappa Alpha
Sigma Phi Epsilon
FarmHouse
Delta Tau Delta

AVOID
ATO
Sigma Pi
Lambda Chi
Phi Kappa Theta

If you're Lutheran go Beta Sig, if you're Catholic go Phi Kappa Theta. If ag is your thing go Alpha Gamma Rho. The rest of the houses are the same.

If you want to be in a big house and be very social you'll want to be in Sig Ep, SAE, or Pike. All houses have there's positives but those three are by far the most social
