This question has been asked 15 thousand times and if you scroll down just a little bit you’ll see who does. And please don’t rush with parties being the deciding factor. You’ll just come off as a douche and the houses below won’t want you.
But I’d say delts ato and sig ep are the big 3
Depending on the night one might go harder than the other.
You’ll have dry houses with decent satellites such as Fiji and tke
Other than that most of the other houses don’t have like actual parties they kind of just have kickbacks
