What makes a good pledge class good

What are you/ what is your chapter looking for out of a pledge class? What about a person makes you want them to be your sister/ brother?
You can say if your in a srat or frat and what house you’re in... you can also say what you think makes a srat pc good if you’re a guy or vice versa
