foreword: these rankings are my OPINION and in now way carry any factual information, just my thoughts. Everyone's got their own thang and their own reasons for loving their house and I am in no way trying or meaning to invalidate those.
Upper: TriDelta, KKG, ChiO, APhi(not just looks, CPC involvement), ADPi
Middle: DZ(falling due to loss of women), SK, GPhi, PiPhi(lots of campus involvement), KD
Lower: DG, AGD, AXO, AOII, Theta, ASK, Phi Beta Chi
Upper: Delts, SigEp, FH, ATO
Upper-Middle: Phi Psi(could be considered upper), SigPi, FIJI, DU, Phi Kap(def a growing house that boasts good parties), Phi Delt(rumored to be losing their house/GW DQ), TKE
Lower-Middle: Alpha Sig, Kappa Sig, AGR, Theta Chi, Thumpers, Chi Phi(Rising for a small house), Beta(no parties/dropping numbers), Pi Kapp
Lower: Beta Sig, Lambda, DChi, DSig, ACACIA, PIKE(rip), Adelante, Theta Xi, AKL, Triangle, STG

Also, DZ numbers must be going back up again seeing as they did not even COB this year at all. It seems like they must have gotten a strong enough pledge class from Fall Recruitement to not have to partake at all in the COB Fair. Their numbers must not be too low anymore.

Chapters that did the Fall COB Fair and were still looking for new members were: 1) AXO 2) AOPi 3) Tri Delt 4) DG 5) Thetas & 6) Sigma Kappa Plus also the 2 that don’t have houses and always bid 1) ASK & 2) PhiBX

Move Pi Phi down & A Phi down and DZ and AGD up. TBH- DZ is still at least Upper Middle. Moving them down to Lower is a bit too harsh.

Just saying Lambda Chi is a hidden gem under the radar and have been getting some super hot guys the last several PC’s. Definitely better than majority of middle tier and if they keep recruiting like they have will be upper tier soon. Did a joint function with ATO and Lambda my sisters thought most of the hot guys were ATO but turns out they were Lambda.

I’m DG and agree Lambda has upped their recruiting and have better looking guys than ATO

Not true like even in the slightest... I’d willingly smash 85% of ato’s pledge class I would like maybe consider it with like 1 lambda

DG has certainly moved to middle tier, at the very least.
