I feel like a lot of this is VERY subjective. You can rank houses by looks, sisterhood, involvement, etc. Everyone is subject to their own opinions, and ranking doesn't necessarily matter bc everyone chooses their chapter for a reason and isn't really looking for anyone else's opinion on it...
