Always having fun while keeping their grades up. I love how well they get along with delts I always see guys from sig ep at delts and guys from delts at sig ep which is cool. Way better than weirdos at ATO. Overall great group of guys.

Definitely would put these guys at the top of the LGBTQ fraternities! Although they aren’t super known in Greek life, they stay very relevant in the pride community. I see them having a very bright future!!

These kids know whats up. They are absolute party animals who know how to please a women in the bedroom. As far as grades goes these boys are practically geniuses. I'd have to guess that the average IQ of the house is well over 150. Once saw a guy delete a handle in under 3 minutes. Absolute greek Gods.

This house is full of absolute machines. Who else do you know who blacks out on Thursday and squats 315 for reps the following Friday at 7:30 A.M. and follows up by hitting the lib for 10 hours just to do it all over again that night

These boys are alright but ranked way too high imo. They are smart but party animals too if want to join that kin dof org. Mid tier and stable is where they should be.

Every time I go to this house I just feel very welcome and they throw the best parties on campus without a doubt. Top house by far.
