Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 5.0 This may not currently be considered the top house on campus, but lets be real. Sigma Chi will be above Sig Ep within two years. Guys from Sig Ep wear crocs and socks to parties which I believe to be a sign of their downfall.

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 2.0 We've paired with them for Yell Like Hell before and they are just arrogant. There are some nice guys, but overall not one of the better chapters in my opinion. Killer house though

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 2.2 I've heard they have a terrible pledge process and I know they have awful grades. I like some of the guys. Their new house is really nice that should help with recruitment
