Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 3.7 The Phi Kappa Theta boys have truly won my heart. Definitely party animals and possibly alcoholics but I have never met a group of guys who so genuinely care about their academics, the girls they bring around, and each other. Yeah there are a few bad apples but that's the case in all houses. A house on the rise for sure, keep your eyes out for these ones.

The Phi Kappa Theta boys have truly won my heart.
