The official Standards of Excellence document/application is given to Chapter Presidents at the FSSL Leadership Retreat early in the spring semester. Ideally, Chapter Presidents will use these standards to determine the priorities and activities of the organization for the coming year. Chapters are encouraged to collect documentation for each standard throughout the year as they accomplish specific standards. Applications for Standards of Excellence recognition will be due in mid-November. Chapters will be recognized at the FSSL Awards Ceremony at the end of the fall semester based on the percentage of standards they have successfully achieved in each category.



Individual Awards – The following awards are presented at the FSSL Awards Ceremony at the end of the fall semester. Unless otherwise noted, selection is based on nominations submitted by chapters, which are due in November.

· FSSL TOP 10 Senior Award (no nominations; applicants must apply)

· FSSL Outstanding Community Service Award (one winner per council)

· FSSL Outstanding Greek Alumni/ae Award (one winner per council)

· FSSL Outstanding House Director Award (one winner per council)

· FSSL Outstanding Chapter Advisor Award (one winner per council)

· FSSL Outstanding Faculty Award (one winner per coun
