Forget about "rank" and all that but who physically has the nicest, most up kept house on campus? Which houses have been built most recently?

Some of the smaller frats have recently built new houses. Fiji's is incredible and Beta is great and about to get a huge renovation that was on TFM. Lambda just redid theirs too and I believe DU also.

All the Greek houses at OU are incredible!

ATO just built their house last year and FIJI a couple years before that.
